Hi there, we’re a family looking for extra help around the house with our busy schedules. In exchange for your assistance, we provide food and housing. This is perfect for retirees or part-time online workers that want to save money, while living in a safe, and peaceful, residential neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of San Jose’s city life. We’re located near the Villages Golf and Country Club and Evergreen Valley College. What your daily routine looks like: Monday through Friday: Pack-up food for my son and dogs. Drop-off my son to school at 8AM. Afterwards, drop-off 2 husky dogs to doggie daycare at 8:30AM. Pick-up my son from school between 2:05PM - 2:45PM (pick-up time varies by day). Pick-up dogs from doggie daycare at 7PM. Saturday through Sunday: Drop-off dogs to doggie daycare at 9AM. Pick-up dogs at 5:45PM. Daily tasks at-home: Light cleaning around the house (mainly cleaning up after dog’s) Light cooking for 3-people. Once-a-week: Grocery run for 3-people. Requirements: - Must love dogs and children. - Must have your own, reliable car. - No criminal record – non-negotiable. Background check is required. - No drama. - Keeps to themselves, and maintains a peaceful, safe environment at home. - Dependable and reliable. - Responsible and competent. - Consistent with daily routine and tasks. - Basic cooking experience. - Basic cleaning experience. Grocery stipend provided. - Weekly gas reimbursements. - Laundry - with a front-load washer and dryer.
